Villa DM is a compact double villa designed for a very small plot enclosed by neighboring houses. The project is organized vertically, allowing each unit to develop across three levels while maintaining privacy, light, and a strong connection to greenery.
A central patio with lush vegetation becomes the core of the house, bringing filtered light, natural ventilation, and visual protection to every floor. The ground level is conceived as an open living zone, directly connected to the patio and shaded outdoor spaces. The first floor accommodates the sleeping areas, oriented toward green views rather than surrounding buildings.
The rooftop is designed as a private terrace for each unit, with a small pool and open sky views, creating an intimate outdoor retreat above the dense urban context. Local materials, shading elements, and vegetation work together to soften the scale of the building and ensure comfort in a compact footprint.
